Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. To ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, we have a 28 day return policy. The amount refunded will only be the cost of the product returned, excluding original shipping charges.

 

We’ll accept a request for return under the following conditions:

  • All full priced and in stock products are eligible for exchange or refund, except non-physical products. Non-physical products are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • All returned items must be in its original condition- unworn, never used, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • We won’t be accepting returns of sale items or gift cards. All sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

  • All shipping costs in returning products is under the complete responsibility of the customer and is not payable by Florueruntx. Florueruntx only accepts all return parcels to be sent via a secure, prepaid and traceable postage method. Lost or stolen return parcels will not be liable to Florueruntx.

  • The product must be returned within 28 days of receiving your purchase.

How to request a return and refund/exchange

To start the process of returning a product, contact us at Florueruntx@gmail.com to be informed of whether your request has been accepted. Products returned without a request will not be accepted.

In your email, include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Name of product you’re returning/exchanging

  • Valid reason of return/exchange

  • State whether you would like a refund or an exchange

 

If your request is accepted, you will be emailed a return address to send your product for return. Before returning your product, please read and ensure you understand our return policy.

 

As customers are required to be fully responsible for shipping return products, if any product returned does not meet our return policy, they will be sent back to the customer who will then be charged another return shipping fee.

Returned items received will be reviewed and once cleared, if a refund was requested, an automatic refund will be sent via the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time to process.

 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered if it is equal in value to return product. This process is subject to product availability so if we are unable to fulfil the exchange request, a refund will be issued.

Faulty products or damages

If your product is seen to be damaged, defective or the wrong product was received at the time of delivery, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us at Florueruntx@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will promptly contact you regarding the matter.

 

This does not include fair wear and tear, after products have been worn. Customers must not attempt to resolve damages or defects.

 

In your email, include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Name of product you’re returning/exchanging

  • Proof of damage or defect (i.e image proof)

  • State whether you would like a refund or an exchange
